The front desk staff and the nurse were exceptional. Very professional but not cold. It's a pleasure to come to this office. My Dr was on point as usual professional and friendly as well as on task. I know what my apt is going to be like as I prepare for it. It's just a great place.

It is disrespectful for the facility to schedule my appointments without consulting me. I am a working professional and have a busy life. Do NOT assume that I can make an appointment without asking me first. I spent an hour on phone today rescheduling three tests for which I was not consulted about the date or time; I had prior commitments that can't be rescheduled. This practice of scheduling without my input is both patronizing and insulting. Perhaps efficient for the facility - hugely inefficient for me. This has continued to happen for several years, despite my commenting on it. Kerry is great - Atrium's scheduling process is dreadful. Example: I received a request for prepayment on three procedures on a fixed date. NO ONE told me that a procedure was scheduled for that date! It took three phone calls to figure out what the procedure was! (And why should that have taken three calls?!) And another two calls to reschedule them. I dread having to reach out to Atrium outside of an office visit, because I will get a run-around of phone calls wherein no one can provide an answer - they just redirect to another irrelevant number. Atrium has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
