Dr. Burroughs was very thorough with my concern about my daughter and took time to review past imaging with us as well. He made sure we did not have any other questions at the end of the visit and he even worded her asymmetry in a positive light.
My physician was one hour late in seeing me. They took me back to the exam room and it was an hour before I was seen by the physician. A fellow did come in to see me during that time. No one elese came to check on me or ask if I needed water or anything until I went out to see what was taking so long. I understand running late but I did not receive an apology or anything. They least I could get was an apology for running so late or give me an opportunity to reschedule or leave me in the waiting room where it is more comfortable.
