I only see her once a year. She did a great job listening and provided me a referral to an allergist which was very helpful.

I would definitely recommend Kimberly but NOT Atrium for people looking to get set up if they had other options. Making this statement as per my experience, it was the most inconvenient way of providing service. And still, although Kimberly is friendly and knowledgeable, the "system" is faulty in that there is NO way to call their office directly or get transferred easily. When I have a question about anything, even schedule, I drive to the office. This is a huge inconvenience and not the service you want to be known for.

I was really pleased with the staff. They were very professional and friendly. They were very prompt. The doctor was very professional and very friendly. I really appreciate her greeting me and telling me her name when she came in the room. Very professional office but also makes you feel at ease.

The only negative thing was it took about 6 months to get an appointment. The PA was awesome and so was her nurse. Both did a fantastic job explaining everything to me. Very pleased with my experience
