I love Dr. Medhane! She truly cares about me and my health and makes. She works with me to meet my goals and celebrates my healthy achievements. I am very thankful for her! I wish the lab wasn't right by the CMAs station. There were a few teammates that seemed very unhappy to be at work and made it very well known. They also complained about having to help me to the lab because Dr. Medhane's CMA was helping another patient. It makes a great visit very uncomfortable. Dr. Medhane's CMA is WONDERFUL!! She is always positive and helpful. I'm not sure of the dynamic between her and the other CMAs but I would imagine there is some tension based off how the other CMAs across from the lab were speaking openly about her. I do not believe they realize how loudly they were talking - or maybe they didn't care. Either way, unless they are 100% that there are zero patients left in the office, those conversations should not be happening in front of patients. It's hard for the providers to carry the weight of the patients and ensuring the atmosphere is positive and appropriate for patients. I'm not one to complain - ever, but it just left a bad taste in my mouth. We are all one team and should be working together to care for patients. Especially if you got into the healthcare field because you love taking care of people. That has to start with your teammates.

Dr. Medhane has been extremely thorough - from day one. She's been very attentive to her patients' needs (that is my wife and I). She makes good recommendations, based on your medical/health needs. Provides adequate time to ask questions & listens to your concerns, while giving excellent feedback. She also lets you know, at the end of the visit/consultation, to feel free to contact her office anytime, should there be any additional questions/concerns. Excellent bedside approach and attitude towards her patient!!
