Dr Mims is easily one of the easiest and most knowledgeable sleep physician I've had. She is very concerned with what issues you have faced and has lots of suggestions and information to share. She is easy to talk to and listens to what you say.

The front desk associate checked me in could use some training in customer service. This was my first visit to the office so I was unsure of who I should speak to. I walked up to her and I said hello and was ignored while she was working on something. I was unsure if she heard me or not so I asked if I was in the right spot to check in. She said "you're going to wait, I'm working on something," in a rude and flat tone. Which got under my skin since I didn't do anything to get spoken to like that. After a little I was assisted in getting checked in. I understand we have to multitask and deal with customers and complete tasks but she can at least acknowledge that I have arrived and say something like "hello ill be with you in a moment, im just finishing something up." In this way clients can feel at ease knowing they're in the right spot and feel like they're being taken care of. Instead I felt like a nuisance for simply asking if I was in the right spot or not.

Dr Mims explained everything made everything very easy to understand. Friendly officer and Doctor.

Dr. Mims is an attentive doctor. She spent a good amount of time listening to my recent medical issue and provided a great amount of information and insight. She is definitely one of Charlotte's and Atrium's best doctors.

The person that came out after her offered me charts that I could take home with me to use so that I could better understand my problems and begin to work on the problem and I am trying to use them.

The office building could use an update inside. Dr. Mimms was exceptional!
