We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment time and were taken 25 minutes AFTER our scheduled appointment time. When the provider has a poster that says "if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule, " and they do not give a courtesy heads up that they are running late or offer you any reason why they are running so late; that is laughable. It seems that the scheduler needs to account for lunch time (absolutely everyone needs to have lunch) and the PA should be flexible to take on "meanial" duties when others are not available to. We got the impression that we were taken 25 minutes late because of a lunch break and that the PA couldnt' be bothered with coming to get us. And that was after we inquired as to why we had been waiting 20 minutes past our appointment time. Everyone should be on the same "team" ship and EVERYONE's time is just as important as others.
