He finally listened to me!!!!!!!! It took a year of having open sores for him to finally give me something to help. I wish the three other times I've been to see him this year he would have actually looked at my skin and heard my concerns. He put me on dupixent which helped a lot but didn't get rid of sores that I had had for over a year. He kept telling me at each visit to keep doing what I was doing. It wasn't until he finally really assessed my skin and gave me the right thing. Care for my skin was defiantly put off in my other visits but this time he actually gave me something that helped and heard my concerns. I went a year with open sores that weren't addressed and then he gave me a new cream and they cleared up in three days. Not sure why the care I needed was so postponed but I'm glad it's better now. I want to switch doctors for derm so bad but was told there was a process to change to a different provider so never switched. I wish I would have gotten a second opinion so I could have gotten better faster. But finally dr Kirk James did something right

It just seemed Dr James was very pressed for time. As if I didn't get any questions or concerns asked quickly my time would expire. No time for follow-up discussion just ask and answer. I don't blame Dr James for this, personally I see more of a fault of Atrium Health.
