The medical assistant doing intake needs some coaching. She was very brash and came off rude in the interaction with multiple instances of interrupting me while trying to answer her questions. The provider was very kind, patient, and understanding of my ask. I will recommend her to anyone needing a quick appt.

She seemed annoyed and gave me information about lab corp that was incorrect. She did NOTHING to help me. I should not have scheduled an appointment with her so close to the end of her shift. We live and learn.

I think this was a good idea for my child at the time because it was better for he not to have to leave the house the doctor told me things I could do at home and also let me know if things got worse to make a appt with a doctor in a office and she was also able to provide me a letter
