Clean facility, friendly staff, timely attention.
During a very traumatic emergency situation my handicapped sister, mother, and I were accompanied by Kristen Wilkinson, PA (our provider) until we got the "all clear" to occupy the building again. She was able to keep us calm and ensure us that everything was going to be ok. There were other providers and personel present, but I was unable to catch their names. I was just so pleased that they stayed with us during that very trying time! I can't sing their praises enough! They need bonuses, raises, and any other monetary gifts associated with going above and beyond expectations! ??
I wanted to see a doctor, not a PA. I have a lot of health problems that affect my treatment.
She is excellent and very polite.
Everything was very professional, and I really liked the attention of the nurse, she was very good and kind.

When I called for an appointment I said I wanted a wellness physical as provided by Medicare. It was never processed as such. As such it was a waste of both my time and yours.
