Dr Patel seem to be a doctor that listen...I need that type of care provider during my visit... I'm very pleased with him. Coming from out state and having a oncologist already with Atrium is making my treatment nt. much easier now.
Didn't take the time to provide a follow up call regarding test results and questions asked in portal. Very short, felt rushed as if I wasn't important and he didn't care what I was asking about. My health matters to me and I would like someone who listens to my concerns and treats them accordingly. I didn't feel like I could ask detailed questions and get helpful responses just further confusion.
