He was very much to the point of the reason I was there but there was no solution to my reason of being there. I would like one.

The question about the past 6 months the reason I answered no was because this was my first visit so know one not even the Dr. could have given me information about diet or exercise but during my office visit we discussed options about how to help improve my health which would be beneficial to me
