I appreciated that I could ask as many questions as I did, though I felt a bit guilty for taking too much time away from their work. We know that providers are timed and have to bill accordingly. I also appreciate that I can ask questions through the chat portal with the patient coordinator. Dr Watts and his team were very knowledgeable, kind and gave me good options for my care.
