I've noticed lately that Dr. Schrader does not take the time to actually sit and really listen to her patients anymore. When I first started going to her she would sit and we would talk about what's going on and I didn't feel rushed or anything. Now when I go, it's very rushed. I can't ask any questions because she's already shut down the computer and halfway out the door before I can even get my thoughts together. Not sure if it has anything to do with the urgent care there or if she's just too busy, but the lack of time and care is very noticeable almost making me want to find a new doctor. Also, I had to stand in line for quite a while and ended up being late for my appt because of all the urgent care patients that were in the same line to check in. There should be separate lines or at least they should ask if anyone has an appt & take those people first.

First time I'd seen my primary in years because she wasn't available. She didn't recognize me. Although when I made the appointment for foot pain and prescription refills I was told they didn't schedule enough time for the appointment. When I asked for a different med for asthma she prescribed it, without asking why I needed different medication. This practice hasn't been the same since it was Lakeside Family, they have admittedly said they don't have enough time for patients. Sad this is the diminishing care we can expect from our doctors.
