The appointment calendar was not available for annual visits, I was told I would be notified when it was available. I have been told that in the past but it has never happened and when I try to schedule the appointment in the past I found out all the appointment times I prefer have been booked!
L. Winters was very polite, knowledge, professional and a good listener. She gave me a few options to think about which was nice rather than just telling me what to do.
