Dr Sullivan is very thorough and caring. Great game plan for my health

when I checked in online, I was informed that my co-pay was $750 for a basic visit. It gave me the option of paying online or at the office. When I asked at the office, I was told that was an error. That needs to be corrected online

Although I am very pleased with the Atrium care umbrella, telephone communication within the whole Atrium system is horrible! I am exceptionally pleased with Dr. Lauren Sullivan.

Dr. Sullivan was very thorough and listened to my questions and concerns.

The only minor complaint that I have is that I had to sit and wait on hold at the computer for 151- 20 minutes just about for the provider to arrive. My car was at 3:40 PM I was told I might have to wait 10 minutes but it turned out to be about 20 minutes that didn't feel right however I like Dr. Sullivan and she's a good provider so

She is very understanding, listen patiently to me. Every time I go to see her she always make feel that I m so lucky to have her as my primary doctor.

First time visit to Dr. Sullivan, and I loved her. Her staff was also good. She was attentive and answered every question I asked. I felt very well cared for by a very good doctor.

Dr. Sullivan listens to my issues and resolves any questions I have.
