Considerate and knowledgeable staff

I would have preferred that doctors have access to all your medical history before a visit but my previous primary care office would not make my medical records accessible to my new doctor in a timely enough manor. In this day of electronic transmission a persons own medical records should be available to a doctor within no more than one day, not 30 to 45 days for response..

Surprised never much of a physical exam at yearly checkups. Usually vitals, bloodwork, listen to heart and look in ears, maybe mouth. Maybe normal these days, but in the past reflexes etc. checked... sometimes feet checked because of diabetes. Meds discussed and reviewed and opportunity for concerns with meds or otherwise are discussed.
