I wanted to clarify that the reason no one in this office had talked to me about prevention, healthy eating etc., is because this was my first visit at this office. Everyone was really nice and friendly and helpful. They were warm and came across as caring professionals. I'm really pleased with the treatment I received.

What was discussed at the appointment could have been said on the phone now I have to pay for copay waist of time and money that I don't have
communication was really good by all staff except the Doctor doing the procedure. My impression is that the doctor is very busy and did not have much time to devote to communication. The other staff, I believe, were able to cover that aspect.
