When I called for a new patient appointment I was given an appointment with Dr Leanna Brooks. She was familiar with my UHC insurance however neglected to tell me she was not in network. So I spent lots of time with the insurance company and atrium health trying to make sure that she would be by the time my claim would be it entered. If she is not in network then I will have to pay for that appointment out of pocket which I really do not want to do. Can the insurance administrator do something about making sure that she is registered with UHC so that in the future I won't have any problems...

When having to call back and ask a question, I waited on hold for 23 minutes before someone came on the phone line to you even speak to them? Then waited another 10 or 15 minutes before I could get someone on the nurses line That is a big issue I have with going to this facility.
