The scheduling of the virtual was not completed effectively. Your staff is not knowledgeable about the logistics and laws regarding virtual visits. Also, it was scheduled during a time that your wonderful MD was extremely busy. This cause issues with your patients and the MD having adequate time to treat effectively.

Always a pleasure to see her and she makes sure I don't miss any appointments. Always very concern about my Health.
