Provider was prompt to the video call and listened to all of my concerns. He made me feel heard and he was very thorough in explaining my treatment options and my treatment plan going forward for my condition.

I'd like to say doctor provided prompt service in what he would be prescribing!

Not as good as in person, but it is as minimally satisfactory.

Dr. Roberson is a fantastic doctor, I am very happy to have landed him as a primary care! He listened to all of my current concerns and even suggested a different therapy with a different drug that has turned out to be a real hit!

I didn't feel rushed with Dr. Roberson. He was nice, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood. He also didn't just finish the call and shut down the link. He made me feel as though I was the only patient that day, very professional yet personable.

Dr Lewis was very patient, caring and kind! Would see him anytime!

Not sure what to think yet... lack of ability for actual physical assessment is a little concerning... provider was excellent would do again for small concerns
