Very informative

Lilly was very personable, knowledgeable and kind. I liked that she was in the OR during my surgery-it just made me feel there was continuity in my care, since she had seen the surgery. She was very attentive when I expressed my thoughts and took the time to validate what I was saying. She made me feel very good about my post op and that all had gone well, from what she was seeing. I liked her very much for her excellent knowledge, advice and her encouragement. She is extremely professional.

The care I received was phenomenal

The PA is ok. The timing is not ok. I had to wait for an hour to see Lilly just for 5 minutes. I respect her busy schedule but they need to respect patient schedule as well. One hour waiting is not acceptable. Please take consideration.
