The NP was easy to talk to and very helpful
She was very kind and understanding. She also stress that if I developed shortness of breath or fever I needed to get my lungs checked by a provider. That was excellent advice.

The NP was excellent. She was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and understanding with the small technical issues I had with my phone.
I was unable to access the virtual visit on my laptop through the Atrium health website - the link in the confirmation email only took me as far as check in and not to the actual video call. I was able to connect to the video call through a link sent to my cell phone, however, it would have been more convenient to connect through the laptop. The provider reached out by a phone call to check our connection and we connected on the video call. The provider's service was excellent.
