It is really hard to manage your work day and the rest of the day without the timing expectation and any communication about the updates and delay. We arrived at 9:15 as asked for our 9:30 appt and weren't even taken back until after 10am. Then with the ultrasound imaging and waiting for someone to review then speak to us, we didn't leave the office until 11:45. If this is how it is normally, it should be communicated for scheduling and also communicated during the visit what to expect as far as waits.
Dr. Temming was wonderful! She took the time to listen, answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt informed and at ease throughout the entire appointment. I left feeling confident and cared for, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown by everyone- including the sweet nurse & ultrasound tech. I highly recommend this practice and I'm so glad I chose them for my care!
Had a good experience, just took a long time all the rooms was full and I had to wait longer
office was 40-50 min behind schedule - very disrespectful to my and other patient's time. Need to improve on scheduling appointments based on realistic abilities to maintain that schedule
I waited 45 min!! I saw 3 doctor and/or consultant and for every one I had to wait around 30 minutes! Because there are a lot of patients but only one doctor or consultant! My appointment was 1 pm and I left the hospital 4.45 pm!!!
The provider was kind and knowledgeable. She clearly did a thorough review of my chart and was extremely knowledgeable of my conditions. My only complaint was that I arrived at 7:50 for my 8am appointment and didn't leave the office until 11am. When the provider came in, even though she did explain everything, it felt rushed, which was disappointing considering how long we waited to see her. We waited so long for her to come in that at one point I was worried that they forgot we were in the room. I understand that previous patient visits don't always start on time, or have unexpected events that cause delays, but we would have appreciated for someone to come in and apologize for the delay and reassure us with an ETA. I will add, this was my first visit at MFM, so maybe this is the norm.
