Dr. A is very Professional, she is very caring and kind she is a beautiful individual, my visits with her is always a pleasures even when am at my worse Dr. A Knows how to make me feels so much better she is human first, Dr.A is a very good listener and she explains your concerns never get upset, always have a pretty smile on her face, Dr A is a great doctor the world needs more doctors like Doctor A its always a great pleasure to see her I love Dr A she is the best doctor I ever had
I am very happy with the service I received from Dr. A. Unfortunately same can not be said with respect to the lab. I had fasted knowing that I would be have blood drawn after my visit. I had a 9:00 appointment; Dr. A was running a few minutes late so we finished up around 9:30. Normally that would mean that I would be out at no later thatn 9:45. I was told that the lab was "running a little bit behind" and to wait for a lab tech to come pick me up. After 30 minutes waiting in the exam room, I went looking for Dr. A's nurse because I assumed there was . she walked me out to the bench outside where the blood is drawn. The area was totally dark, so the nurse went to investigate. I was told that I would be next in line, but that was NOT the case. I waited a further 15 -20 minutes before it was my turn. I didn't get home to get my breakfast until after 10:30 am. supposedly they were short-handed with only 2 people drawing blood, although I only saw the one who was absent for about half of the 15 - 20 minutes I waited in the hall.

I had not seen her before however, she was very informative in the instructions she gave and very personable. Very pleased with the visit.
