I wasn't sure what to think based off of first impressions. The front desk staff was more concerned with talking to each other than acknowledging my presence. There also wasn't any hand sanitizer readily available on the front desk area. I wanted to clean my hands after using the electronic signature pen. The medical assistant that roomed me said maybe a total of 20 words to me and used terms of endearment that I found offensive. She did not verify my medical history, allergies, or medications. She also asked a generalized question about pain and was not specific that she was only referring to rectal pain. Understandably, I was concerned off the bat with how the ancillary staff made me feel during my visit. The registered nurses that came in to assist with my exam were all wonderful in addition to NP Madeline. She helped develop an individualized care plan for me. She validated my concerns and offered treatment options. I have nothing but great things to say about Madeline and how well she listened to my concerns.

Maddy is a excellent wound nurse. I would highly recommend her to anybody.
