My thanks to Dr. Letica and staff for recognizing the urgency of my situation and assisting me in addressing the issue quickly, even though I did not have an appointment scheduled for several more months. In the post-Covid chaos, it was comforting to be taken care of.
Everyone from the front desk through the Doc is top notch
When Dr. Letica retires I hope I am able to find another Sleep Medicine Doctor that is as able to communicate his willingness to actively listen and will work with me and my sleep apnea and insomnia. Now I will say that whoever is running the office staff needs to either NOT have 8:00 am appointments on days of staff meetings. Because I was told to be there at 7:45 am. I also received 2 text messages reminding me to be there at 7:45 am. I stodge at the front desk to check in for 15 minutes. I made all kinds of noise because I could hear people in the office but no one came to the front. So why is my time not valued but theirs is supposed to be. The front office could use some serious work.
The doctor was engaging and listened to my concerns and explained what might be going on and what was needed to make a decision. He was very patient and addressed my concerns and layed out a pragmatic approach. Thoroughly enjoyed our conversation

Dr. Letica is a very professional and caring doctor. In the 20+ years I have been his patient, he has never made me feel like a number. He is extremely knowledgable and is always learning about advances being made to his field of expertise including new medicines being used to treat his patients. He cares about the whole body too- excercise, eating healthy and good sleep;) The only suggestion I would make would be to not have a centralized call center. 8 out of 10 times it has been a bottle neck when it comes to getting prescriptions refilled correctly. There have been numerous occasions where the communication/ message being relayed has been so poor, if it were not for the service and care Dr. Letica consistently provides, I would have gone elsewhere. The call center makes any communication with the office very challenging. Dr.Letica's office has been relocated a handful of times throughout his time/employment and dedication with CMC & Atrium. He has gone from the furthest part of of south Charlotte to the northern most part of north Charlotte, in-between and beyond to now Kannapolis and Lincolnton. It takes close to an hour without traffic to get to his office. Even the distance has not stopped me from seeking a closer provider! As I previously stated, Dr. Letica is a gem. He represents Atrium very well. I am blessed by his service.
