The office visit is always quick and efficient. The Dr is always pleasant and easy to talk to.

Had to wait a year for a appointment. Dr. Schwartz was very nice and I liked him. I just wish appointments did not take a year.

I have great respect for the care provider and treatment plan. However, the clinical staff falls short of any recommendations that I would give for the staff. They appear to be very unhappy, non communicating and distant towards the patients from the lady that checked me in to the lady that obtained my weight and vitals. She did not speak until I spoke and she did not introduce herself, her name tag was turned around. If we, the patients, weren't there they would not have a job in that clinic. Oh, maybe they don't want to be there.
