I had a great experience.
Dr. Dorman gave me plenty of opportunity to speak, looked and listened to me, and made me feel valued. I am thankful.
Appreciated this provider having an appointment available to see me. Was professional, polite, & listened.
I am a new patient of Dr. Dorman. He treated me kindly and listened to my extensive list of concerns regarding my health. A genuine and caring doctor.
Matthew Dorman was fantastic. They sat down & listened to me, didn't judge me, was super attentive. One of the best health care professionals I've ever seen. Wonderful.
This was my first time having Dr. Dorman as my family physician and he was wonderful! He made me feel very comfortable and he explained everything to me where I could understand what he was saying. So glad Dr. Dorman is with Atrium!!!
This was my 1st visit w/ Kannapolis Int Medicine as I asked to be transfrd from Cabarrus Family Medicine due to having moved to Granite Quarry. Both my husband and I were extremely impressed w/ Dr Dorman. He not only answered our questions and concerns but eased my anxieties on my health issues. My husband now wants Dr Dorman as his PCP and after speaking to our son; he is also extremely interested in changing his PCP to Dr. Dorman. The office staff was also extremely courteous and friendly.
Much to my surprise and to the surprise of Doctor Dorman, radiology scheduled an appointment to have me come in for pictures. The Doctor and I had agreed I would not have pictures until after my next 6 month check up. I don't understand how this happens. When I showed up for my lab appointment two weeks ago, there were no doctors orders in order to draw blood. I talked to the practice manager about it and she assured me that there were procedures in place to keep that from happening. Yet it still happened. One observation that I have made in all of my visits to Kannapolis Internal Medicine is that they seem to cater to much older patients.
