Very streamlined process, folks and staff were very friendly. No long wait times and clean office. Dr Matthew is very personable and takes the time to talk to you regarding any diagnosis or questions that you may have. Never once, did I feel rushed out. And did I mention that I'm a new patient. I'm also recommending other family members and friends to Dr Matthew and this office.

Dr. Thomas has been very helpful, and gets me to other doctors promptly if needed.

Dr Thomas is my doctor as long as he stays close enough to Lancaster. He listens to my concerns. He refers me to specialists I need to see such as CT scans and urologists, and cardiologists,.... and even mental health professionals. He takes care of the whole patient, and he has even messaged me on the weekends when I was struggling with a large kidney stone. I trust my health to his care completely.

Dr. Thomas carefully listens to my opinions and thoughts about my health issues. He is a very compassionate doctor, very thorough, knowledgeable and concerned for my wellbeing. He explains information about my conditions, lab results and processes moving forward in a way easy to understand. I would definitely recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone seeking an excellent physician!

Dr. Thomas doesn't pretend to know everything. He knows when to refer you to a specialist to further diagnose problems. In so doing, life saving measures are put in place.
