I was very pleased with the entire staff from checking the doctor and the lab techs. All were great and very professional
The appointment went smoothly and was fast which I appreciated. The doctor and nurse seemed to be hurried / on a short timeframe so I felt a little rushed is all. Overall good experience though.
It seemed like the provider was more focused on past health discussions versus the issue at hand. I came to the provider for a specific issue and not my overall health which was slated for a different appointment.

The video lasted 8 minutes. My husband and I could not see the Doctor on our end, but he could see us. It was a tad disappointing because I didn't have enough time to figure it out. However, he does seem like a good doctor. Thank you

A pleasant smile, a friendly greeting from clinical staff, as evidenced in other doctor offices, might help promote a warmer and more inviting atmosphere or mood during patient visits. Their jobs should be taken seriously, but not that serious. Just saying...
