The provider and assistant was excellent.This was my first visit,so of course she did not know all my back history. I thought I may get some results from my test taken to lab on Wednesday, but I have not heard anything yet. Hopefully Monday.

The office was quiet and there were no other patients in the waiting room when I arrived. The appointment may have lasted 5 minutes and I was left feeling that it was a waste of time and money.

The level of empathy and patient engagement with Meygan Amey was very disappointing. I found her to be somewhat detached and rather cold in demeaner during my appointment. Maybe she was having an off day or something, but I was very disappointed and found her very cold, detached and somewhat unfriendly. I felt like she was mentally watching the clock and couldn't get me out of there fast enough. Maybe she was running behind schedule? I just didn't feel a connection. The staff member that met with me afterwards to set up the colonoscopy appointment was very friendly, professional and empathetic. She answered my questions in a friendly manner. Night and day experience than with Meygan Amey.

The only "problem" was that it took 3 months to get the appointment, and now 2 months to get the upper GI. It's a good thing my medical issue was minor.
