Attentive and knows my history

My appointment was at 4:10PM. I received a call midday suggesting that there were openings at 3:30 and 3:50PM. No suggestion to call, etc. I assumed that Dr. Elliott was trying leave a little early on Veterans' Day, so I arrived at 3:15PM as directed. I was seen at my original appointment time. That's frustrating time management, and unnecessary since the staff probably knew the doctor was closer to "on schedule" than ahead of schedule.

Everyone and everything was Awesome

Dr Elliot is exceptional. As new patient he took time to explain everything in a manner I could understand.

Dr. Elliott was very patient with me and answered all my questions.
