I was a 'work in' on a late afternoon Friday appointment. I really needed to see a doctor as the weekend was approaching. Dr Friedland came in, knew my condition from the nurses questions, asked how long I had been taken a certain medication that might be a 'culprit' in my problem. He stated let's stop that at this time, referred me for labs, prescribed medication, and how/when to take it and he would call me Monday. This happened and labs confirmed doctors diagnosis. I felt comfortable, relaxed, and grateful throughout the visit. I highly this doctor and facility.
