Michael Friedland is the best of the best

Dr. Friedman is an excellent doctor. He has outstanding bedside manner and puts me at ease. He explains Everything in an adult manner, but also makes it where I can understand it. Welcomed my husband to my visit and answered all of his questions too. My husband was well pleased with him. He found him to be friendly, professional, and caring. He said that I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Friedland. He always has a positive demeanor when I see him. He discusses the various things that are affecting my health in a manor that is easy to understand, and asks good questions about how I am doing. He is interested in how his patient is doing and helps me to understand exactly what is going on.

Dr Friedland is always genuinely concerned about his patients and friendly. We appreciate the care we receive!

Another great visit with Dr Freidland. He is truly a great physician and person. Happy to have him as my physician.

I like the fact that Dr. Friedland knows me and my complex medical history. He listens carefully and respects my opinion. I have to say I didn't have a good experience with his CMA. She never smiled, didn't introduce herself, and was aloof to my concerns. This was very disappointing as Shelnet was always pleasant and welcoming. This employee could use additional training in customer experience. She doesn't seem to exude the Atrium tenets.
