I am very happy with each of the physicians and assistants I have seen this year. The only issue I have is, when something comes up or if I have a concern, there never seems to be a same day appointment.

The Nurse Practitioner was wonderful! She listened to me , she was kind and understanding and very knowledgeable!

Every one I came in contact with was such a pleasure, Monika made me feel welcomed and heard , she listened patiently and responded with such kind and caring words. I mentioned I just had a total thyroidectomy and knowing I was seeing that specialist in a week , she still tested my thyroid levels just to be sure. I even asked her if she planned on sticking around , my first interaction with her made me want to come back over and over again. Thank you Riverwood for adding such a kind caring NP to the team .

This is the first time I had met this provider at the practice. I was VERY impressed with her professionalism, level of expertise, her plan for treatment, and her timely follow-up .

RE: MILLEN, NP I found her bedside manner, eye contact, preparation and study for appointment, ability and willingness to articulate and reduce complex medical terminology in and to simple words that were easy to grasp and digest, professional yet friendly demeanor, examination, stated trajectory of care, accuracy of tests ordered along with subsequent explanation and referral, [one more], as well as her overall approach to the human being ... as a patient ... most-refreshing!!!!! Moreover, I am elated just at the thought that she has chosen MEDICINE as her vocation, is gainfully-employed, and operating in what appears to be one of her innate gifts and talents!
