I am very dissatisfied with the pre-pay of $50 prior to entering appointment since you guys don't even know how much the total visit charges would be. I have a 10% copay. I expect that you will refund what is owed to me if the allowed charges from insurance are less than $500.

It did take quite a while for the doctor to get on the virtual call, but she described that she was having technical difficulties and apologized. I was very pleased with my virtual appointment and rate it a 10/10. Montana Poe NP is amazing and one of the best providers I have ever had.

Provider and assistant were amazing. Front desk could have been more welcoming and friendly. Also medical insurance should have been verified before appointment by front office.
