She always makes me feel that she is concerned about my health issues. I feel free to discuss issues with her openly without embarrassment that I might have with other providers. I am made welcome by her and her assistants and feel like I am visiting with friends with my health being everyone's main concern. I have experienced a change in medical staff frequently before being assigned to Nicole and I appreciate having for the last two years with the feeling that she will remain my main provider.
