The doctor prescribed me medication for an itchy scalp. This medication turned out to be a very strong hormonal drug. He didn't explain this to me or warn me how dangerous it was. And this medication only eliminates the symptoms, but does absolutely nothing to address the cause of the disease. What's the point of just treating the symptoms? The doctor didn't even try to understand what might be causing this illness and didn't explain at all what to do to eliminate the source of the problem. There's also a big problem with using the Atrium Health app. I can't figure out where the history of all the medications prescribed to me is located. I can't find information about the cost of each visit and the cost of all the prescribed medications. I found one list of some medications, but it's not complete for my entire history, and I can't understand from it which medications from this list I need to pick up from the pharmacy. It means I go to the pharmacy, they give me something, and I don't understand if they've given me everything the doctor prescribed, or if some of the medications haven't arrived yet and I need to come back for them later.
