Dr.Kelly asks to see me at either 3 months or 6 months and scheduling can NEVER get me scheduled in the timeframes requested. I receive a text, I call and I'm told there is no schedule or no appointments available. It then takes 2-3 months to get an appointment and most often I have to contact Dr. Kelly's nurse by portal messaging to get an appointment.
Always reviews records before visit. Knows history well. Has a plan worked out.
