Dr Kaminzi has been our Primary Care Physician for years! We couldn't be more pleased! She is tops! Nurse Joan is also excellent! Please thank them for me. Dan M.
Dr. Olinde Kamanzi was very professional and took the time to listen to all and any questions I had. She was very detailed in explaining what was going on with me, giving her expertise on what I should do going forward and seemed very concerned about any issues I may have had. She performed a thorough exam on me and again gave me clear cut instructions/advice on what I needed to do moving forward. She has an ok staff, but my only complaint is that I didn't inquire about this location sooner. I'm so glad that I gave her the opportunity to see me as a client. Please don't let her name deter you from visiting this location, as I was optimistic at first, but I was seriously happy leaving out my first visit. I'm definitely keeping her as my primary. ?? She has a diverse atmosphere of workers there so it's a feel good facility. God bless. I hope this helps anyone that may be looking for a good MD primary provider.
I just love Dr Kamanzi and the staff….they are all very personable
This was my first time seeing Dr. Kamanzi after changing PCPs. It was an excellent experience. I felt heard, seen and valued. I have seen an Atrium Health PCP so my history was all there for Dr. Kamanzi to see. She was very thorough and observant.
Great Dr & staff. Have already been referring this group.
I was a new patient and wanted to establish care with Dr. Kamanzi. Dr. Kamanzi was friendly and easy to talk to. She apologized for the long wait to see her and explained why it happened. These things sometimes happen and was not her fault. I appreciated that she acknowledged how long I had been waiting.
This was my first visit with Dr. Kamanzi and am most pleased with her: she is thoughtful, interested in my needs, acts quickly, etc. I am happy that she will be my new PCP.
It was a GREAT exp
Dr. Kamanzi is nice and explained my current health in a way I could understand.
The staff that checked me in was rude. My insurance was rejected through the portal. I had to ask her to call the number listed on the back of the card. Instead, she wanted me to sign a waiver stating I would pay for the visit at 50%. If she did her job instead of walking around talking to her coworkers, she would have been provided my benefits with a 5 minute phone call.
