Everyone is very courteous and friendly. Treated like a person and not just another person being seen. Would recommend them to everyone I know.

Dr. Bakhtiani was welcoming and extremely thorough. I appreciate that he took the time to explain everything and answer my questions.

A very personable physician. A good listener, not pushy respected my opinions not to receive certain types of treatment. We came to an agreement to achieve a baseline and monitor things. I liked him! He treated me with respect. I do not like the front desk, instructed by the practice I'm sure to pad the coffers by pushing flu vaccine. It is not your business to push the flu vaccine. The healthcare industry and especially drug companies with vaccines have lost all credibility with COVID and all the authoritarian and deadly actions and inactions of the medical community, local, state and federal government. The medical community is mostly not trustworthy and I now go in with my eyes open and wary, unfortunately.

Thoroughly explained everything about what was going on and my options, and made me feel a lot more comfortable about a not so pleasant situation. I also got my results right away which gave me peace of my. Highly recommend Dr. B.

The no's I checked weren't relevant to the point of my visit — FNA, so please don't take them into consideration. I was extremely impressed with Dr. B and his team. Dr. B was friendly, enthusiastic, gave complete information, answered all questions and was very concerned about my wellbeing. He followed up as soon as he received the results. I'm not easily impressed, but I certainly was this time. Highly recommend.

Provider was incredible. Finding the building from the parking deck having never been before was a bit tricky. I feel like would also be hard for older generations to navigate.
