The nurse was great- asked direct questions about my symptoms, listened intently making sure she understood exactly what I was saying and gave me information about what they'd do to get more information (xrays, etc). The doctor actually did a physical- nobody gets real physical info anymore! And walked me through what my X-rays meant and plan A and Plan B for treatment. All in a timely manner. A great team!
