Appreciate the provider's knowledge and patient care. I was seen day prior to a 3 day holiday weekend and urine culture was sent out. I think there should be an on call backup person for relaying test results that could lead to starting an antibiotic.

Penny Hennessee is amazing. Professional, efficient, well prepared. She brought her trainee and was a great coach. I am a big fan of hers and she is awesome at patient care. Alexis in the blood lab did perhaps the best blood draw I have had - and I have had many and have given blood. She is GOOD with a needle - wow. Everyone at reception was nice and pleasant.
