Dr. Sood is very professional and very knowledgeable about my health and takes great care of me. I have lost weight thanks to her care.

My Endo is the best and I trust her with my life because she saved my life. I am a diabetic and now pre-diabetic thanks to my wonderful Endo.

They often run behind schedule and the wait is often long. They expect you to be there 15 minutes prior to your appointment time and then I waited an additional 20-25 minutes to see the provider. Staffing seems to be the biggest problem. Everyone one is very kind and Dr. Sood is attentive and answers any questions. She always invites me to use to portal if I have any questions.

Dr. Sood was very prompt. I had no wait time at my appointment. She was very patient in going through the issues I am having. I did not feel rushed at all. I was pleased with her approach in including the patient regarding treatment plans. Overall a very pleasant experience. I did receive a call back from her nurse regarding test results as she said she would. The staff were pleasant as well.
