The video was not supported by my computer browser so we had to use phone contact as the remote option. That was ok anyway but Zoom was a nicer idea for a personal touch.

My medical team seems more patient (me) involved. Direct contact, information very useful.

Dr Poonam Sood and her staff was great. Dr Sood took time to review and explain my issue. I really liked her.

This is my 3rd visit with Dr. Sood and I could not be more pleased. I feel like she has my best interests in mind when she takes her time to explain my conditions and treatment solutions. She really is awesome.

Dr. Sood is very enthusiastic and seems to care about helping with my diabetes. I really wish she could be my Primary care physician.
