I do not care for the call center. It's one more step between the doctor and patient!

Dr Lamichhane is a very knowledgeable professional. He is thorough, compassionate and follows through on all medical advice The new Atrium system for patients is very very frustrating!! IT IS NOT PATIENT ORIENTED!!! AND DEFINITELY NOT PATIENT-DOCTOR FRIENDLY
