Priti was SO nice and helpful! She did a great job removing post surgical staples from my abdomen. Very gentle and reassuring!
I was on time and actually earl but waited almost 30 minutes in the exam room while it sounded like a party in the room next door. I was very annoyed.
More than 15 min late to appointment, and did not acknowledge tardiness. Provider asked me the same question 3x which did not instill confidence that they were listening to me. They were also asking me very random questions about my medical history from many years past that had nothing to do with the reason for the appointment.
Very knowledgeable, patient and thoughtful. A pleasure with meet with.
