First of all, the staff was proactive, calling me to come in for an appointment one month earlier than what was scheduled because they knew how much pain I was in. Again, I did not call them; they called me. That means so much. Once I got to the office, every single person I came in contact with from the front desk to the exit door was kind, friendly, smiling, upbeat and positive. Dr. Aggarwal was amazing. I was nervous about this appointment and he immediately made me feel at ease. He was compassionate, caring and listened attentively. Then, he came up with a plan for this pain and explained the procedure, risks and benefits in a way that I could perfectly understand. Thank you, Dr. Aggarwal! Doctors like you are rare these days.
