He was very understanding and in no hurry and really spent the time to listen to all my back issues.
This was my first visit and it seemed to go okay. The trainee that was with the doctor didn't seem friendly.
It would be nice to have a facility closer to where I live. I takes about one hour for me to come there. That's the only reason I'd be hesitant to recommend.

There was no discussion of cost, insurance or copay. There was no time to ask the doctor questions before the procedure. Someone did call back after which was great.
I gave him a 9 because some problems with the office later after a procedure on 9-4-24.
