So grateful for Dr Comer. Was anxious about my appointment, unsure if he could help. He answered all of my questions and provided excellent care. I have always had a good experience with Dr. Comer. However, I have not had great experiences with the practice itself. For example, after my appointment, I went to check out and make a new appointment. I was told by Dr. Comer to come back in the next 1-3 weeks, but the appointment lady told me there were no appointments available. She then checked other locations with no success. I asked her to call her manager and they were able to come up with an appointment. This whole process took 20 minutes. In my opinion, it should not take that long to schedule an appointment. Also, I don't understand how there weren't any appointments, but then one magically appeared. I also think that if you are not going to be able to see me at the times that I am supposed to come throughout my pregnancy, I should be made aware of that before the initial visit to think about looking elsewhere to get the care I need. I also think it's crazy that it is almost impossible to see the same provider for each visit. During my last pregnancy, I had some issues with miscommunication due to seeing different providers each time. I would like to see the same provider this time, but, when only offered 1 appointment, that is impossible. I wish I could schedule more than 1 appointment at a time to ensure I get to come at a time that works for my work schedule and allows me to see the doctor of my choice. However, again, I was told this was not possible.
My Atrium Provider, Dr. Comer, is a professional doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. I have been a patient of his for 8 years and this visit was a follow up for a provider he referred me to. He has experience wisdom and insight for issues relating to women and I am confident each visit that he has my Health and well being on his mind when he enters the examination room. He gives directions clearly and answers any hesitations you may have regarding your treatment and care.
Dr. Comer is very helpful and he listened. He made me feel comfortable about my decisions and made me feel like I made the right choice.
This was my first time seeing Dr. Comer. He was super nice. The ultrasound tech was wonderful too. They both made sure I knew everything they were doing.
Doctor Comer is a terrific doctor and is very professional. His sense of humor is nice. A very caring physician.
